Preferred Files for Printing

The maximum file size we accept is 100 MB. Our preferred file types are:

  • Adobe Illustrator EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
  • PDF (Adobe PDF)

When submitting these files, make sure you convert all fonts to outlines or curves to ensure they print correctly and the fonts are not substituted.

File Tips

  • Set up size proportionate to the exact size product you are ordering
  • Convert all text to outlines

Design Services

If you are not able to provide us with a good quality image, we do have a vectorizing/recreating service available. Most logos or images can be recreated for as little as $15; however images with more detail are subject to quoting prior to vectorizing the image. Full-color transfer stickers are printed vinyl decals that can include photos, gradients, and detailed graphics. Unlike single-color vinyl cut stickers, these are digitally printed allowing unlimited colors and complex designs. Transfer tape holds the pieces together during application.
Single-color transfer stickers are cut from solid colored vinyl - one color only. Full-color transfer stickers are printed, allowing photos, gradients, multiple colors, and detailed graphics. Full-color is better for complex designs while single-color gives that classic vinyl lettering look.
Clean your surface first, remove the sticker from backing, place it on the surface, then press down using a squeegee or credit card for smooth application. Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a 45-degree angle.
They work best on smooth, solid surfaces like glass, metal and plastic, including car doors, windows, laptops, and lockers. The surface should be clean and dry for best adhesion.
Peel back a corner slowly. If it resists, apply heat to loosen the adhesive. Any remaining residue can be removed with warm soapy water without damaging surfaces.
No, reapplication is not recommended. Once placed, the sticker lacks vinyl backing, making it fragile and prone to tearing if moved.
Available sizes range from as small as 3" x 3" or as big as 18" x 18" to suit various applications.
Economy Vinyl is great for indoor use and short-term outdoor (3-5 years). Standard Vinyl includes air release technology for easier bubble-free application (3-5 years outdoor). Premium Vinyl is the toughest option, lasting up to 8 years outdoors - ideal for vehicles and marine applications.
Our premium vinyl stickers are designed to last 3-8 years outdoors depending on material choice. They feature UV-resistant inks and protective lamination that guard against sun fading, rain, and temperature changes.
PNG and PDF files work best for sticker printing. PNG preserves transparency for die-cut designs, while PDF maintains vector quality for text and logos. We also accept JPG, AI, and PSD files. For best results, use CMYK color mode and include 1/8" bleed around your design edges.
