Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is a heat-transfer process built for durable, full-color prints on fabric. Your artwork is printed directly onto a PET transfer film using specialty inks, then coated with a powder adhesive that bonds the design to cloth under heat and pressure.
Unlike screen printing, DTF needs no minimums, no color separations, and no weeding. Unlike heat-transfer vinyl, DTF reproduces photos, gradients, and fine detail with ease. The result is a thin, flexible print that moves with the garment and stays put wash after wash.
