Our Return Policy

Printing Errors or Quality Issues

If your stickers have printing defects, incorrect colors, or quality issues, we'll reprint your order at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged During Shipping

If your stickers arrive damaged, we'll send a replacement shipment free of charge. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Wrong Order Shipped

If we shipped the wrong product or quantity, we'll send the correct order and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items.

Important Note:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on correctly printed orders. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.

We'll either reprint your order (most common), issue a refund, or provide store credit based on the situation.

Yes! Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. If production hasn't started, we'll issue a full refund. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

What if I don't like the design after receiving it?

Since all orders are custom-made based on your approved proof, we cannot accept returns for design preferences. Please review your proof carefully before approval.

Do I need to return the defective stickers?

No, we don't require you to return defective items. Just provide photos showing the issue and we'll process your reprint or refund.

What if only some stickers in my order are defective?

We'll reprint the defective portion of your order. You don't need to return the good stickers.
