Custom Cut Sticker Sheets - Your Layout, Your Way
Mix Shapes and Sizes
Combine different sticker styles on one sheet to build a cohesive set that showcases multiple designs at once. This makes them perfect for themed collections, testing different variations, or events that require different stickers for different uses.
Full Creative Control
Arrange your stickers in a layout specific to your vision, whether you're building a curated pack or organizing designs by theme. These sticker sheets provide flexibility that works well for planner stickers, educational sets, or seasonal releases where each sticker serves its own purpose.
Great for Selling
Sticker sheets make it easy to offer bundled designs that feel like a more complete product in comparison to individual stickers. They're popular with small brands, subscription boxes, and retail displays where customers can grab a variety pack in one purchase.

All in One Sheet
Custom sticker sheets allow you to keep all your multi design orders to stay organized in one clean format instead of individual stickers. These sticker sheets are practical for packaging workflows, making it faster to include branding, instructions, and decorative accents in fulfillment. Many businesses and creators use these sheets to efficiently showcase new designs, seasonal specials, or limited edition releases without the need for large runs of single stickers.

Vector Art
Vector art consists of lines and curves that are mathematically defined objects. When viewing art in key line mode you can see the points or vectors when connecting your lines and curves. They can also be seen when using the pen tool or editing the points along a path. Vector art is ideal for type and drawn shapes because they can be enlarged to any size while maintaining crisp outlines and details without sacrificing quality. The distance between the vectors is calculated mathematically and is not dependent upon resolution.
Raster Art
Raster images consist of colored squares, called pixels. They are created by combining a series of various colored pixels. Digital photographs are made up of pixels. If you view a raster image at 200% or more you are able to see the individual pixels that make up the image. Raster images are dependent upon resolution so image enlargement is limited by the individual size at which the file was created. If a file is produced at a size that is larger than its resolution will allow, the quality will decrease. Printing a low resolution file will result in pixelation. Individual pixels are large enough to be easily discernable. Increasing the resolution will not solve this problem if there are not enough pixels to begin with. The program will add more pixels based upon the estimation of their location and will then assign their neighboring pixels's color value. This may cause an image to look muddy.
If submitting these files, please follow the guidelines below:
- 100% scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
- 50% scale at 200 dpi or higher
- 25% scale at 300 dpi or higher
- 10% scale at 600-1200 dpi recommended
Design Services
If you are not able to provide us with a good quality image, we do have a vectorizing/recreating service available. Most logos or images can be recreated for as little as $15; however images with more detail are subject to quoting prior to vectorizing the image. Please contact a sales representative for more details.
This service needs to be paid for in advance and we will be happy to give you a copy of the vector file once it is complete.
What should I know before ordering custom sticker sheets?
Everything you need to know about custom sticker sheets
Custom sticker sheets are a single sheet containing multiple kiss-cut stickers, making it easy to peel and use several designs from one sheet.
Yes—choose matte to reduce glare or gloss for more shine and color pop.
Sticker sizes range from 2" × 2" (up to 12 stickers per sheet) to 6" × 6" (typically 1 sticker per sheet).
They adhere best to clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces like plastic packaging, bottles, and stainless-steel drinkware.
With proper application and care, vinyl stickers typically last up to 5 years.
Many laminated vinyl stickers can handle dishwasher use, but top-rack placement and avoiding high-heat drying helps them last longer.
Use 300 DPI art at final size. The best files to use are PNG (transparent backgrounds) or PDF (logos/text). Please include a 1/8" bleed if printing to the edge.
